SediLogic lagoon-sludge products

SediLogic Technologies produces a biological product range for organic sludge management in wastewater ponds, lagoons, and related treatment assets. Product choice starts with the location of the target material: an established blanket at the bed needs a different delivery format from organic load moving through the water column.

What is SediLogic?

The range uses dry biological formats intended to support the breakdown of biodegradable organic material. It does not replace a sludge survey, process assessment, or physical removal plan. The manufacturer sizes a programme from the system information supplied and retains a review step before an order is accepted.

How product selection works

Core and Maintain are not strength grades of one interchangeable product. Their delivery routes put the biological material in different parts of the lagoon.

Benefits of a location-led choice

• The format is selected from where the treatable material sits, not from a generic product preference.
• Dry packs simplify storage and programme handling compared with a metered liquid system.
• Lagoon-specific review makes geometry, flow, mixing, temperature, and the treatment objective visible before quantities are discussed.
• The scope can be separated from cover, liner, baffle, aeration, and dredging decisions instead of treating one product as a complete lagoon remedy.

These are selection and handling benefits, not a guarantee of a particular reduction. Outcome depends on the organic share of the sludge and the operating conditions.

When to consider the range

Consider a SediLogic review when organic accumulation has been measured, the site can support a programmed treatment period, and mixing or aeration is suitable for the selected format. Start with sludge-depth records, flow, cell geometry, operating temperature, aeration, recent changes in load, and a representative sample if one is available.

Do not begin with a product order when the lagoon has an urgent capacity deadline, the deposit is mainly grit or mineral matter, or an ammonia or nitrogen permit is the actual problem. Those conditions need a different response.

What biological treatment can and cannot reduce

Biological treatment addresses the biodegradable, volatile organic fraction. It cannot digest sand, grit, silt, mineral precipitates, plastics, or other inert debris. A lagoon can therefore respond biologically and still retain a material blanket that eventually needs dredging or pumping.

Biological programme vs physical removal

The choices are not mutually exclusive. Biology may form part of a longer-term solids plan, while physical removal remains the route for inert material or urgent volume recovery.

Other manufacturer-listed formats

SediLogic also describes Maintain Concentrate for large water-column programmes where fewer pails reduce freight and handling. It is a concentrated logistics format, not a stronger treatment outcome. The manufacturer separately lists Liquid, Liquid Cold, and Liquid FOG for narrower delivery constraints where a solid cannot be used.

Those extensions are not offered as orderable products on this site. The manufacturer’s pages accessed on 31 July 2026 describe the liquids as outside the launch range and identify unresolved ordering documentation. Core and Maintain are therefore the only formats routed here for a preliminary EU discussion.

Availability and documentation

The manufacturer states on the official Core and Maintain pages that product safety sheets, final labels, and operating lot-traceability processes must be in place before ordering.
