Hexagonal floating cover specifications

The patented hexagonal floating cover platform ships in two production variants — Hexprotect® AQUA (AWTT-manufactured, in commercial service since 2009) and Hexofloat® (EuroCover-tooled, AWTT design-approved, EU manufacturing). The full spec sheets are linked below. Both variants share the original Hexprotect® patent lineage (AWTT, granted 2010); the differences are tile geometry, ballast strategy, wind certification, lifecycle, and lead time.

Hexprotect® AQUA — specifications AWTT pre-ballasted hexagonal floating cover. Tile geometry, ballast, HDPE grade, NSF/ANSI, wind certification (130+ MPH), 25+ year life. Specifications mirrored from AWTT.
Hexofloat® — specifications EuroCover-tooled, AWTT design-approved hexagonal cover. 190 mm tile, EU manufacturing, REACH-bound, 75 MPH wind certification, 15-year life. Short EU lead times.
